ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING AND ILLEGAL OPERATIONS POLICY
1. In accordance with international law, Service adheres to a number of rules and implements a number of procedures aimed at preventing the use of Service for the purpose of conducting money laundering operations, as well as conducting other illegal operations.
1.1. Service sets certain requirements for all Orders created by User:
1.1.1. The sender and the recipient of Payment for Order must be the same person. Transfers to third parties are strictly prohibited using Service.
1.1.2. All contact details entered by User in Order, as well as other personal data transmitted by User to Service, must be up-to-date and completely reliable.
1.1.3. It is strictly forbidden to create Order using anonymous proxy servers, VPN services, hosting, TOR and any other anonymous Internet connections.
1.2. Service performs an AML check of all cryptocurrency transactions received from User.
1.3. Service reserves the right to suspend Order until User is verified in accordance with FATF standards in the case of:
1.3.1. The transaction is identified as high-risk (in particular, but not limited to darknet, mixer, gambling, sanctions) by specialized services (in particular, but not limited to crystalblockchain.com and amlbot.com).
1.3.2. The transaction is identified as high-risk by the wallet, exchange or other liquidity provider that Service uses to receive/store cryptocurrency transactions.
1.3.3. Violations of any of the subparagraphs of paragraph 1.1.
1.3.4. In other cases not described in the previous paragraphs.
2. In case Order is suspended for User verification, User undertakes to provide the following information in full:
2.1. Photo of one of the documents (passport, ID-card or driver's license).
2.2. Selfie with this document and a handwritten sheet with the current date and signature.
2.3. For which service or product User received funds.
2.4. Through which platform the funds were received by User. If possible, provide screenshots of the sender's wallet/platform withdrawal history.
2.5. Through which messenger User communicated with the sender of funds. If possible, provide screenshots of the correspondence with the sender, where we can see the confirmation of sending funds.
2.1. Photo of one of the documents (passport, ID-card or driver's license).
3. The maximum time for review of information provided by User is 30 days from the date of submission of the information (usually not more than 7 days).
